How Your On-Site Session Works
01 — Tell Us What You Need
Share your location, approximate number of people, preferred timing, and how you plan to use the photographs. If you have brand guidelines or reference images, we’d love to see them.
02 — We Plan the Details
We’ll coordinate the photography space, backdrop or setting, visual style, and schedule. You’ll receive a quote based on your session’s scope, with editing and delivery details agreed upon before booking. If it's an event setting, you'll have the option of either paying a fixed rate for the event paying for the guests, or allowing the guests to pay for their own headshots privately online after the event is over.
03 — We Bring the Studio
We arrive with our mobile lighting and backdrop setup, prepare the space, and guide each person through their photographs.
04 — Put Your New Headshots to Work
After the agreed selection and editing process, you’ll receive your finished images digitally, ready for the uses and file requirements discussed during planning.
